Sisterfields opened in 2014 and arguably started Bali's now-ubiquitous Australian brunch scene. The dining room is bright and white-walled with terrazzo floors; the menu runs from poached eggs and avocado on sourdough to bigger lunch plates like grilled hapuka with green chutney.
It is permanently busy and does not take reservations — turn up at 8 a.m. on a weekday or expect to wait. The flat whites are properly made (rare in Bali) and the smoothie bowls are as good as anywhere on the island.
