One of the further-out islands of the archipelago, Geleang is reached in about ninety minutes from the main harbour and rewards the journey with the best coral reefs in the park — the standard add-on for any half-day or full-day snorkelling charter. The sand is fine and white, and the lagoon is shallow enough for non-swimmers.
A few wooden stilt huts and a small caretaker's house make up the only permanent presence. Combine with Pulau Cemara Besar on a single boat day for the best variety.
