Bundaran Besar is the main ceremonial roundabout in Palangka Raya, ringed by government buildings and decorated with Dayak-inspired ornament and statuary. It is a quick stop rather than a deep sight, but it gives a useful first sense of the city's official centre and is one of its easiest photo points.
