Netanya is a beach city before anything else, but there is more to do than just sunbathe. The clifftop promenade, the diamond exchange, the central square, and a string of nature reserves north and south of town fill out a few days. Roman Caesarea and the nature reserves along the Alexander River are within easy reach.
