The Noor Al-Hussein Foundation shop, near the Archaeological Museum, sells quality Jordanian crafts: hand-embroidered textiles, ceramics, jewellery, and woven goods. Prices are fixed and support artisan communities. The souk area around the city centre has more casual shopping — clothing, spices, and everyday goods. Dream Mall in the downtown area serves local retail needs.
