The largest of the Lakeside live-music venues and a Pokhara fixture for over twenty years. A big covered courtyard with a stage at one end, a long bar, a kitchen pumping out pizzas and Nepali snacks, and a steady churn of trekkers, locals and resident expats. Bands play most nights from around 8pm.
The music is broad — covers of Western rock, Nepali pop, the occasional acoustic singer — but the energy is generally high and the crowd is generally mixed. Cover charges are non-existent or token; drinks are reasonably priced. Closes at 11pm officially, with a "private party" extension on busy nights.
