The viewpoint at the southwest end of the ridge, facing Rawalpindi and Islamabad. A chairlift runs from here down to Bansara Gali, offering sweeping views of the valley below. On clear days you can pick out the grid of Islamabad in the distance.
The area around the viewpoint has the usual cluster of food and tea stalls, horse riders for hire, and souvenir vendors. Evening is the best time to visit — as the sun drops behind the hills toward Islamabad, the Rawalpindi plain catches the light and the temperature on the ridge drops noticeably. The Marian Tomb is a short walk from here, visible on the next hill under a television tower.
