Lily Hill is one of the highest points in the Clark area, a low but useful lookout over the former air base. It served as an American outpost and was later used by Japanese forces during the Second World War.
The Goddess of Peace Shrine was added in 1998, with a large statue and plaques in English and Japanese. It is a modest stop, but it gives a sense of Clark's layered military history.
