The main route is by ferry from Balingoan port on the Mindanao mainland, reached by bus or jeepney from Cagayan de Oro (about two hours). The crossing to Benoni port on Camiguin's east coast takes around 45 minutes; ferries run frequently during daylight hours. There is a small airport at Mambajao with occasional connections to Cebu — check current schedules as services are seasonal and limited. From Cebu, inter-island ferries also connect to Camiguin, though schedules are infrequent.
