A handsome pre-war American-era house that served as General MacArthur's headquarters in late 1944 after the Leyte landings, and briefly as the seat of the Commonwealth government. The building was originally the home of American businessman Walter Scott Price. It survived Typhoon Yolanda and now houses a small collection of war-era artefacts and photographs.
