Ankara has a good metro system. The M1 line connects the Kızılay central hub with Ulus (the old city) and AŞTİ (the bus terminal). The M2 line runs south to Çankaya. Buses cover the rest of the city; the ticketing system uses reloadable Ankara cards available at metro station machines.
Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive by European standards. Ride-hailing apps including BiTaksi operate in Ankara. The main sights in Ulus are all within easy walking distance of each other; the Anıtkabir is a short taxi ride from Kızılay.
