A long-running fish restaurant on the Mina Zayed dhow harbour, serving grilled hammour, lobster, kingfish, and prawns in a setting that does not pretend to be other than what it is — a converted warehouse on a fishing dock, with plastic chairs, paper tablecloths, and the ladies' section in a curtained-off corner.
Bring whatever you bought at the fish market and they will cook it for a small fee. Lunch is the busier service. Cash preferred. Famous, but in a way that has not spoilt it.
