A bright, brightly-lit Keralan restaurant in Tourist Club Area, an offshoot of the famous Paragon group from Calicut. The signature is the Malabar prawn curry with appams; the fish moilee in coconut gravy is the other standout. Vegetarian thali at lunchtime is excellent and very cheap.
Hard to find from the road. Worth the persistence. One of a small number of restaurants in the city where the regional Indian cooking is uncompromised.
