Tsaghkadzor has a decent range of restaurants for its size, oriented mainly towards the ski-season crowd from Yerevan. Armenian barbecue (khorovats) is everywhere, as are dolma and lavash-based dishes. The guesthouses and small hotels usually offer set meals — often the best value and most reliably home-cooked option. Restaurant choice thins out considerably in the shoulder seasons.
