Tsaghkadzor is about 60km northeast of Yerevan by road. Marshrutkas (shared minibuses) run from Yerevan's Kilikia bus station (sometimes called Avtokayan) and take around 1.5 hours. Services are more frequent in the ski season and on weekends; they can be infrequent mid-week in summer.
A taxi from Yerevan to Tsaghkadzor typically costs 4,000–6,000 AMD each way and is comfortable for groups of three or four. Several Yerevan-based tour operators run winter ski transfers on weekends. Driving from Yerevan takes about an hour on the M4 highway towards Hrazdan, then a short turn-off into the resort.
