The Colosseum cinema, in a curving art-deco building on Perlegade, is one of the prettier small-town cinemas in Denmark. It has been showing films continuously since 1937 and still has a single old auditorium with proper red seats, plus several modern smaller screens.
Tickets are cheap by Copenhagen standards and the programme mixes Danish films, mainstream Hollywood, and the occasional festival pick. Worth catching a film here on a rainy evening.
