Diebsturm

Diebsturm is a medieval tower from Lindau's old city walls, built in 1380 and later used as a prison. Its colorful tiled roof and compact form make it one of the more distinctive small landmarks in the island old town.

The tower is an easy stop while walking between Lindau's harbor, old town lanes, and nearby churches. Most visitors see it from the outside as part of the historic streetscape.
