Marmorbad

Marmorbad is a small but unusual late-Baroque bathhouse beside Kassel's Orangerie. Built between 1722 and 1728, it is known for its marble-lined interior and mythological sculpture, and is one of the few surviving court bathhouses of its kind in Germany.

It is best visited together with the Orangerie and Karlsaue, since the building is compact and the setting is part of the appeal.
