The Schlosskirche is a late Gothic church beside Saarbrucken Castle, best known for the tombs and memorials of the Nassau-Saarbrucken family. Its Baroque funerary monuments give the interior more personality than its modest exterior suggests.
It is an easy addition to a walk around the castle quarter and the nearby Platz des Unsichtbaren Mahnmals. Go for the historic atmosphere rather than for grand scale.
