The big covered arena on the Piraeus coastal strip — known as SEF for short — is the home of Olympiacos basketball and Olympiacos volleyball, two of the most successful clubs in European competition. Built for the 1989 Mediterranean Games, it seats around 14,000 and is the largest indoor venue in Greece.
Even if basketball isn't your thing, an Olympiacos EuroLeague evening here is one of the loudest sports experiences in Europe.
