Lindos has dozens of restaurants aimed at its large tourist trade, ranging from poolside grills to a handful of proper tavernas that have been operating for decades. The main square and the lanes leading to the Acropolis are thick with places to eat; quality varies considerably, and the tourist-trap establishments are easy to spot. The best strategy is to walk away from the loudest menu-touting and look for the quieter spots preferred by Greeks returning year after year.
