Tihany Abbey is the essential stop, both for its history and for the view over Lake Balaton. From there, walk down toward the Inner Lake, then loop through the old village and the lavender shops if you can tolerate the summer crowds.
The peninsula is also good for easy walking. The volcanic ridges, reed beds, lavender fields, and ferry shore make a compact landscape with more variety than its size suggests.
