San Biagio is a medieval Roman Catholic church at the southern edge of the old town, dedicated to the fourth-century Armenian martyr who is patron saint of throat ailments. The current structure is a heavily rebuilt thirteenth-century church on the site of a much older oratory.
The interior is plain and rarely open outside services, but the small piazza in front offers one of the better viewpoints on the southern flank of the town, looking down across the Tiber to the Umbrian foothills.
