A good wine bar in the old city, Cantine del Doge focuses on Ligurian wines — Vermentino, Pigato, Rossese di Dolceacqua — that rarely appear outside the region. The selection is well chosen and the staff know their producers. Snacks and small plates are available to go with the wine.
