A tiny street-food window on Via Sant'Ottavio that serves nothing but gofri — thin, lace-edged Alpine waffles from the western Piedmontese valleys, eaten folded around either sweet or savoury fillings. The savoury versions (lard with honey, salami, robiola, tomato) make a better meal than the sweet ones.
Stop on the way from the Mole to Vanchiglia. There is nowhere to sit; the place exists to feed you a single gofri for €3 and send you on your way.
