Museo Civico di Dorgali

A small but well-organised archaeological museum in the centre of town, housing finds from the Nuragic sites of the surrounding area. The collection includes bronze figurines, ceramics, and jewellery from local nuraghi, along with material from the Tiscali cave village and the Ispinigoli grotto. The displays are contextualised well enough that you come away understanding the Nuragic civilisation rather than just looking at objects.

The museum also sells a useful map of the area showing the walking routes to Tiscali and the approaches to Su Gorropu. Opening hours are typically morning only out of season; check locally.
