A Nuragic tower about 180 metres above the village of Cala Gonone, perched on a limestone outcrop with views across the Gulf of Orosei. The tower is one of the better-preserved examples in the Dorgali area and can be reached on foot from Cala Gonone in about 45 minutes.
The site is not formally managed, so access is open and free. The stonework is impressive up close — massive limestone blocks fitted without mortar — and the coastal views are excellent. Combine it with the Cala Gonone waterfront as a half-day excursion from Dorgali.
