La Bettola is an informal trattoria in Ibla that does the traditional local cooking well and without fuss: pasta alla norma, rabbit with capers and olives, grilled swordfish, and the Iblean sweets that show up at the end of any proper Sicilian meal. The tables spill onto a narrow lane in summer.
