Kičevo's appeal is mostly in its mountain surroundings rather than any single urban landmark. The old čaršija bazaar district rewards a slow walk, and the hills above town hold monasteries and hiking trails into the Bistra massif. The town is small enough that you can cover the centre on foot in an hour, then spend the rest of your time outdoors.
