The Church of the Holy Mother of God - Celnica is a small 14th-century church in Ohrid's old town. It is notable for its unusual two-nave plan, a rare arrangement in North Macedonia, and for frescoes whose oldest layers date from the medieval period.
Much of what you see today was repainted in the 19th century by artists from the Debar area. It is a quieter stop than Ohrid's headline churches, but worthwhile if you are tracing the old town's religious art and architecture.
