Radoviš sits on the M6 highway between Štip (37 km north) and Strumica (29 km south), making it straightforward to reach by car. Regional buses connect Radoviš with both cities several times a day; there are also connections to Skopje (about 100 km northwest), though services are less frequent. The bus station is on Boulevard Alexander Makedonski.
The nearest airport is Skopje International, around 108 km to the north. There is no railway connection to Radoviš.
If you are driving from Štip or coming down from Skopje, the approach through the foothills of Plačkovica is attractive — the valley opens up gradually, and the town announces itself with the white tower of the Holy Trinity church visible from several kilometres away.
