Ulcinj's Clock Tower stands above the old bazaar area, a small but telling reminder that this coast was shaped by Ottoman as well as Adriatic worlds. It is not a sight to plan a day around, but it gives the lanes behind the waterfront a useful historical anchor.
Look for it while walking between the market streets, mosques, and approaches to the old town. The tower works best as part of a slow wander through Ulcinj's older quarters, where stone, minarets, and sea air sit close together.
