Ulcinj is about 25km south of Bar and 90km from Budva. The nearest airport is Podgorica Airport, about 100km away. Tivat Airport is around 130km by road. Regular buses connect Ulcinj to Bar, Budva, and Podgorica throughout the day. The journey from Bar takes about 30 minutes; from Budva, around 90 minutes.
There is no rail connection to Ulcinj — the nearest train station is Bar, from which you take a bus or taxi. If you are coming from Albania, the border crossing at Sukobin is 10km south of Velika Plaža and is a road crossing only, with no facilities.
