Kaapse Brouwers brews adventurous beers — sours, saisons, and seasonal specials — and sells them from the taproom on weekends. The industrial setting, the views of the river, and the quality of the beer make it one of the best places in Rotterdam for a Saturday afternoon drink. Easy to reach via the Rijnhaven metro stop or a short walk from the Erasmus Bridge.
