At 102 metres the second-tallest building in Krakow, standing by the Mogilskie Roundabout in Grzegorzki. Its long, troubled construction made it a local legend. The completed tower holds offices and an observation point, and is a useful orientation marker on the eastern approach to the centre.

A story
Begun in the late 1970s and left as a rusting concrete skeleton for nearly forty years, the tower was nicknamed Szkieletor after the cartoon villain; it became an accidental symbol of stalled Polish ambition before it was finally clad and completed in 2020.
