Vila Prešeren is a small lakeside hotel with a terrace café right at the water's edge — arguably the best-sited public terrace in Bled, looking straight across to the island. The restaurant menu is solid Slovenian-European — beef goulash, lake trout, schnitzel — and the kitchen does an above-average kremna rezina.
It works equally well as a coffee stop, lunch venue or evening drink. The terrace is heated for shoulder-season evenings and is one of the few spots open year-round.
