A traditional family-run gostilna on the main street of Stara Fuzina, serving the kind of unfussy Slovenian food that Bohinj farmers eat at home — pork knuckle, roast lamb, sauerkraut and beans, plenty of strudel. Portions are big, prices are reasonable, and the home-distilled brandy that arrives at the end of every meal is worth a sip. The shaded garden is the best place to sit in summer.
