A reliable, mid-priced restaurant set back from the lakeside bridge in Ribcev Laz. The menu sticks to Slovenian and central-European classics — Wiener schnitzel, grilled trout from local streams, beef goulash with polenta, and an excellent rendition of zlikrofi (small filled pasta) with mountain cheese. The terrace looks across to the church of St John, which is a fine view to have with a glass of Slovenian Cvicek.
