A few kilometres north of the lake, the Mostnica stream has cut a narrow limestone gorge with pools so green they look photoshopped. A well-marked footpath runs along the rim and dips down to the water at several points. The entrance is the Devil's Bridge (Hudicev most) above Stara Fuzina; from there you can walk as far as the "Elephant Rock," a section where erosion has shaped a wall of stone into something startlingly trunk-like, and continue to the Voje valley meadows.
A small entrance fee is charged at the start of the gorge in season. The full there-and-back to the Voje is about 8 kilometres and takes three hours, with very little elevation gain. Combine it with a stop at the cheese dairy in Stara Fuzina on the way back.
