Right beside the Almodóvar gate at the western edge of the Judería, Casa Rubio is the kind of long-running Cordoban bar that does the classic dishes properly: salmorejo, rabo de toro, flamenquines. There's a small terrace under the city walls and a more formal dining room inside.
