Things to Do

Cordoba's sights cluster tightly inside the old walled town, which means you can see most of the city on foot in a day. The Mezquita-Catedral is the obvious centrepiece, but make time for the Alcázar's gardens, a wander through the Judería, and a slow walk across the Roman bridge at dusk. The smaller museums — the Archaeological Museum and the Museo Julio Romero de Torres — are quietly excellent and never crowded.
