One of Córdoba's most reliable old-school restaurants, operating since 1879 in a traditional Andalusian house with a vine-covered patio. The menu runs through all the Cordoban classics — salmorejo, rabo de toro, berenjenas con miel — as well as grilled fish and regional stews. Portions are generous and prices fair for the quality.
The dining rooms are built around a central patio in the traditional style, cool in summer and pleasant year-round. Reservations are advisable at dinner. Look for it just north of Plaza de la Corredera — the area has several good options, but Salinas is the one worth booking.
