The parish church of Hecho, dedicated to Saint Martin of Tours, is the architectural centrepiece of the village. Built in the Romanesque style and heavily modified over subsequent centuries, it retains the solid, fortress-like quality typical of Pyrenean churches — thick stone walls, a squat tower, and an interior that feels hewn rather than assembled. The church sits at the heart of the old village and the village square in front of it is where the outdoor sculptures cluster.
Opening hours are limited; the interior is often closed except for services. The exterior and the square are the main draw.
