The town's open green space, on the north bank of the River Greta between the centre and the museum. There are tennis courts, a bowling green, a children's playground, a bandstand, and grass to lie on. The river runs fast and shallow along its southern edge.
In summer the park hosts the Keswick Mountain Festival village and the brass band concerts on Sunday afternoons. It is also where you end up if you walk down the Greta into town from the Greta Gorge path.
