Breamore House is a late-16th-century Elizabethan manor south of Salisbury, built on the site of an Augustinian monastery. Its rooms preserve period furniture, paintings, and tapestries, with spaces that range from Tudor to Regency in feel.
It is best treated as a countryside day trip from Salisbury. The house has remained with the Hulse family for generations, and the ground floor is accessible to wheelchair users.
