Getting There

Worcester has two railway stations: Foregate Street, in the city centre, and Shrub Hill, about ten minutes' walk east of the centre. Both have regular services to Birmingham New Street (approximately 50 minutes) and to London Paddington via Droitwich and Kidderminster (around two hours). Direct trains also run to Hereford and Great Malvern in the west.

By road, Worcester is on the M5 motorway (junction 7), about 28 miles south-west of Birmingham city centre. Parking in the city centre is metered; the Cattlemarket and Croft Road multi-storey car parks are the most central. National Express coaches connect Worcester to Birmingham and London Victoria.
