Worcester rewards a slow walk. The Cathedral, the Commandery, and the porcelain museum are the obvious anchors, but the city reveals more detail as you wander the medieval street grid — a timber-framed merchant's house here, a Georgian assembly room there, a view of the Severn between every gap in the riverfront buildings.
