Province House is home to Nova Scotia's legislature and is one of Canada's most important political buildings. Opened in 1842, it is a fine Georgian landmark tied to the development of representative government in British North America.
Even if you only see it from the outside, it adds real historical weight to a walk through downtown Halifax.
