Los Pinos

Los Pinos was Mexico's presidential residence for much of the 20th and early 21st centuries, set inside Chapultepec. Since 2018 it has been open to the public as a cultural complex, letting visitors walk through spaces that were once part of the country's closed political world.

The appeal is part architecture, part history, and part curiosity. It works well with Chapultepec Castle and the park's museums if you want a fuller picture of how power has used this side of Mexico City.
