Part Cuban cantina, part craft cocktail bar, Café La Trova is the creation of Julio Cabrera, one of Miami's most respected bartenders. The front room is a classic ventanita-style café serving cafecitos and croquetas. Walk through to the back and you are in a 1950s Havana-style supper club with live bolero music, bartenders in guayaberas, and cocktails that draw on both Cuban and modern American traditions. The daiquiris are exceptional.
